Jo Girma’s career in real estate technology started with helping to build Canada’s first personalized real estate app for Realtors. That early hands-on experience gave Jo a unique foundation in combining innovation with practical solutions for agents.

After that, Jo worked alongside numerous top-producing agents, eventually becoming the Marketing Manager for the #1 RE/MAX team in downtown Toronto. There, he gained invaluable insight into how elite agents scale their businesses and what systems truly drive results.

Jo went on to create UrbanCondo.ca, a widely recognized platform from 2020-2022 that facilitated hundreds of investor-focused transactions and helped bring structure to the fast-paced condo selling team.

His journey then led him to serve as a de facto for Alex Wilson the #1 RE/MAX agent in Canada for transactions sold, embracing the role of Sales Manager for RE/MAX Wealth Builders.
