Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HighLevelRealty’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any modifications or updates to these Terms. HighLevelRealty reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at its discretion, and such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Accessing the Site and Account Security

To access certain features of HighLevelRealty, users may be required to create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your account. Any unauthorized activity must be reported to HighLevelRealty immediately. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

Service Commitments & Subscription Terms

Minimum Commitment Period: Solo agents must commit to a minimum term of six (6) months. Teams must commit to a minimum term of one (1) year. Early termination of service before the minimum commitment period results in a cancellation fee equal to the remainder of the committed term.Subscription & Payment Terms: Users agree to pay all applicable fees associated with their subscription plan. Payments must be made in accordance with the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Failure to remit payment on time may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

User Obligations & Acceptable Use

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, sharing, reselling, or exploiting the Services for unauthorized purposes, engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities, interfering with system functionality, and using HighLevelRealty’s branding without permission.

Data Usage & Privacy

By using the Services, you grant HighLevelRealty the right to collect, store, analyze, and use data related to your usage, engagement, and business interactions for the purpose of improving system functionalities and user experience. Data may be utilized internally for research, analytics, and business development but will not be sold to third-party entities without explicit consent.Likeness & Promotional Rights: Users consent to HighLevelRealty’s use of their name, profile details, and business success stories for promotional purposes, marketing materials, and testimonials. Requests to opt out must be submitted in writing and are subject to review and approval at HighLevelRealty’s discretion.

Termination of Services

HighLevelRealty reserves the right to terminate user access due to non-payment, violation of terms, or misuse of the platform. Users who terminate services prior to their commitment period are subject to the remaining balance due.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

HighLevelRealty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless HighLevelRealty, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their use of the Services.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation.
