Terms & Conditions

By accessing, purchasing, or engaging with any services provided by HighLevelRealty Inc. and/or GG Marketing Group (a sole proprietorship) (collectively referred to as HighLevelRealty, Company, we, us, or our), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all services, platforms, CRM systems, consulting, and marketing solutions provided under either HighLevelRealty or GG Marketing Group.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Engaging with our services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.

Services may be delivered under either HighLevelRealty or GG Marketing Group depending on operational structure, and all such services are governed under these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

HighLevelRealty provides consulting, CRM implementation, automation systems, marketing services, and business growth support.

All services are delivered based on strategic alignment and operational capacity. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

3. Service Commitment & Termination

3.1 Service Term

All service engagements operate on a 4-month service cycle (“Service Term”).

3.2 Notice of Termination (Client-Initiated)

Clients may request to terminate services by providing a minimum of 30 days written notice.

3.3 Early Termination & Financial Responsibility

If a client:

  • Terminates services before completing the 4-month Service Term, or
  • Fails to provide the required 30-day notice

The client remains financially responsible for:

  • The remaining balance of the Service Term, or
  • The 30-day notice period, whichever is greater

This reflects the allocation of resources, planning, and implementation time dedicated to the client.

4. CRM Systems, Ownership & Continued Use

4.1 Ownership of Systems

All CRM structures, automations, workflows, systems, and implementation frameworks developed by HighLevelRealty or GG Marketing Group remain proprietary unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Continued Use Without Active Partnership

If a client discontinues services but wishes to retain access to their Team Plan CRM structure, the following applies:

  • $1,000 USD per month (up to 50 accounts)
  • Includes platform access only
  • Does NOT include support, consulting, or optimization

4.3 Usage-Based Charges

All usage-related services are billed separately, including but not limited to:

  • SMS usage
  • Email sending
  • AI workflows and automation usage
  • Third-party integrations

These are billed monthly based on actual usage.

5. Payments & Billing

Clients agree to:

  • Pay all invoices on time
  • Maintain valid payment methods
  • Cover all usage-based charges

Failure to make payment may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Termination of access
  • Collection or recovery actions if necessary

6. Termination by HighLevelRealty

We reserve the right to terminate or discontinue services at our discretion.

  • A minimum of 14 days notice will be provided
  • We are not obligated to disclose a reason

Upon termination:

  • Access to services may be revoked
  • Any outstanding balances remain payable

7. User Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Actively participate in implementation when required
  • Use systems lawfully and ethically

We are not responsible for results impacted by:

  • Lack of participation
  • Misuse of systems
  • External market conditions

8. Intellectual Property

All systems, frameworks, strategies, automations, and materials developed by HighLevelRealty remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use systems during active service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available”
  • We make no guarantees regarding performance or results
  • HighLevelRealty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless HighLevelRealty, GG Marketing Group, and their respective team members, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Use of the Services
  • Misuse of systems
  • Violation of these Terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes may proceed through appropriate legal channels within Ontario.
